This is the first time I've ever seen Rose drink. YES! You don't understand. Bia Hoi, and these cups of cheap beer...its a cultural icon. You don't know Ha Noi if you don't know bia hoi. BTW, I don't think I mentioned it in my previous couple posts, but Bia Hoi actually translates to Draft Beer, or Cold Beer, or something along those lines. We should have restaraunts in the states called "draft beer"...
