This is a mural at Hoa Lo prision, more commonly known as the "Hanoi Hilton". The French used this prision to house nationalist Vietnamese who were a threat to the colonial regime. The Vietnamese later used it on American prisoners of war. Now it is a museum, and over half of the property was bought by a Singaporian company, and turned into a highrise office building.
